York Powers is Joey, iron-fisted leader of the River Patrol and the enforcer of punishment whenever one of his men are disobedient or when his patrolmen capture a trespassing enemy. Cliff Parker guides his boat to a muddy river bank for a private jack off session, ignoring Powers' demand which hiss over the 2-way radio. As Parker whacks away, the enraged Powers arrives and is instantly on top of the disloyal stud.

Spanked and humiliated, Parker is forced to take Powers' down his throat and is later fucked in the mud before being dragged back to the command post for more punishment.

Parker finally fights back and soon has Powers receiving an intensive revenge fuck.
