"Personally identifiable information" is information that can be used to identify or contact you, such as your name, e-mail address, home or work address, or telephone number. Gay Video Store / Blue Ribbon Entertainment, Inc. only has access to the personally identifiable information that you provide. We cannot determine your e-mail address unless you provide it. We cannot gain access to other information on your computer.

If you join the site, purchase products or services or sign up for our mailing list, you must provide us with enough information to enable us to process the requested transaction. This includes, at a minimum, personally identifiable information such as name, address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Members also select, and thereby provide, a username and password combination.

Your name, and personal information are kept totally confidential. We will never intentionally disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are compelled to do so by law (in response to a subpoena or court order).

We do share your personally identifiable information with third parties only to the extent of processing your order (to our bank to get a credit card authorization, with shipping carriers (such as UPS / US Postal Service)  to deliver  your merchandise.

The personally identifiable information you provide is used only to process the transaction you requested and occasionally to provide you with special offers from Gay Video Store / Blue Ribbon Entertainment, Inc.

For example, we may from time to time send you notices and/or emails to introduce a product or service. On all the forms where you provide this information to us there is an option to opt out of these emails and notices. You may also opt-out of receiving emails and notices by sending a statement to that effect via email to wally@blueribbonent.com.

ll orders are shipped in plain boxes. Priority Mail shipments are usually shipped in the US Priority Mail supplied boxes which are red, white and blue, and are labeled Priority Mail. UPS shipments, and large USPS orders are shipped in plain brown boxes.

The return address for all shipments say "Wally Schwarz, PO Box 3637, Cathedral City, CA 92235", and does not say the web site name.
