If any product you receive fails to perform due to manufacturer's defect, please contact us immediately.
We will ship you a replacement of the same item at no cost to you and include instructions and postage to return the defective video.
You must then return the defective video within 10 days or you will be charged full price for it.
If you receive an incorrect item or format, do not open it - we will not accept items accidentally shipped to you if you have opened them. You will need to contact us to receive a return authorization (R.A.); we will gladly replace it with the correct merchandise.
We will not replace it with a different title.
Returns for any other reason are handled on a case by case basis.
All returns must be made within 15 days of the shipping date of your purchase. Before returning your product please email or call us with your request. You will receive a return authorization number (RA#). We do not accept returns without an RA#. Our customer service representatives will give you exact instructions, contact us.
