Complete the Affiliate application

after you have read the Affiliate Agreement at http://www.GayVideoStore.Com/affiliate_info.php,
and you will be all set!
Link To Our Store
You will have the ability to link
to specific products, or link directly to our homepage. We take care of the
rest. Once the customer has entered Gay Video Store they will experience our
friendly, comprehensive web site. After the order is received we take care of
all of the accounting, banking, customer service, invoice generation, and
shipping the package to the customer.
It is your responsibility to set up
links properly. Instructions are available once you have become an affiliate.
Improper linking will not earn you any revenue, so be sure your links are
working before going live!
Collect Revenues
You will earn a commission for the orders that originate
from a link on your site. You have the ability to review your daily statistics
via our online reporting pages.
Commission Structure
You will earn a commission of 10% of gross revenue for movies. The rate
is based upon your gross revenue, minus applicable sales tax, less shipping / handling
fees, and bank fees.
We will not pay referral fees on transactions that are made by a customer who visits us directly, even if the
customer previously followed a link from your site to ours.
Merchandise returned by the customer will be deducted from your next commission. If no payment is owed, you
hereby agree to make payment within 10 days of that bill.
Payments
Payments are made approximately 2 weeks after the close of the preceding month.
Commissions on returned product, and chargebacks will be deducted from your next scheduled payment. If
for some reason no subsequent payment is owed, you will be billed for the
amount related to the return and you hereby agree to make payment within ten
(10) days of that bill.
Payment will be made by check, mailed to the address on file for your account. In the future we may offer payment via Paypal or Bank ACH.
Policy
Customers who buy product through this program will be deemed to be customers of Blue Ribbon Entertainment, Inc.
Terms
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
California, and the venue for any actions arising from this agreement shall be
in the State Courts of Riverside County, Indio, CA.
Affiliates agree that they will not send unsolicited emails / instant messages, or other
behavior generally accepted to be offensive to anyone promoting the site.
Affiliate sending emails containing links to our properties must ensure that
all addresses on the list(s) have opted in, or are existing customers, and must
provide a working unsubscribe process. All spam/UCE complaints will be
recorded, and Blue Ribbon Entertainment reserves the right to terminate this
agreement at any time. If the agreement is terminated, the affiliate shall
forfeit any commissions due.
